PSION
handgun dry fire course
distance learning
I

My name is Oleg Nikitin, an experienced IPSC shooter, and I want to invite you to my handgun dry fire training program. This course already improved shooting skills of more than 100 athletes. Come join us and let's make your shooting skills better together!

To shoot well you need to practice a lot. Dry firing complements range training by allowing you to work on your skills at home, experiment and refine your technique. It's a cost-effective and accessible way for anyone to improve their practical shooting abilities.

The "PSION" course helps develop skills consciously. I not only demonstrate technical elements but also explain the differences between execution variants, outlining the logic behind actions. In addition to purely technical training, the course also includes sessions on mental preparation.
An excellent way to improve and hone your skills
Dry fire training is essential to make better and more productive use of your training time.
15 minutes a day
The sessions don't take up much time. You choose when it's convenient for you to practice.
#TrainAtHome
You can use the time we spend at home to develop your skills so that you can outperform everyone after.
Confident improvement
Shooting is a complex technical skill available to everyone. The more you practice regularly, the better you become.

All practical shooting athletes are well aware of the value of dry fire training. However, without feedback, it's not entirely clear how to do it correctly. The essence of my course is not in unique exercises or secret methodologies. The program guides you from the basics to the advanced, constantly motivating you to grow further under the coach's guidance. You send in videos - I analyze, provide recommendations and assist in correcting mistakes. Together, we work efficiently towards results.

Reviews of the PSION dry fire course
  • Initially, I had my doubts because I don't really like all these remote courses. But with the current situation, I realized that I wouldn't motivate myself to practice, and I'd lose my skills. I waited for a couple of streams, and when I realized that isolation was dragging on, I decided to go for it.
What's good and beneficial: I looked at dry-firing in a new way, focusing on concentration, and maybe I'll finally solve the issue of jerking the trigger with my left hand. I was pleasantly surprised that when I read your comments and reviewed my videos, many things fell into place. In general, this course gave me a good idea of recording my training and then reviewing it.
A strong point is the requirement to submit everything on time, which pushes me to get organized and practice.

  • This course is useful and important for me for the following reasons:

    ● The material is presented gradually, which is the most important priority for me. It gives me time to think, comprehend the material, and most importantly, experiment and find what suits me.
    ● There are introductions to elements and necessary skills, which helps me identify incorrect things in my initial preparation.
    ● "Thoughts out loud" videos are very useful for me. If "training" is about analyzing individual elements, then "thoughts out loud" summarize and provide recommendations based on experience, what to pay attention to during matches, what issues you may encounter, and what to avoid.

  • I really like the strong analytical approach. It's very important, and you can't find it in books.

  • Oleg, thank you very much for your work!!! I've never regretted taking your course. Before this, dry-firing was reduced to basic movements, but now I have to think)))👍👍👍👍

  • Maybe at first, I didn't fully understand how everything would work, and I expected the course to be more focused on movement. But as I progressed through the lessons and received feedback, I realized that I had questions about the basic technique that no one had explained in detail. In this course, I see an opportunity to rethink my shooting, my training approaches. Thank you very much for the systematic information and high-quality feedback.

  • Oleg, good day! First of all, thank you for the course! Getting information from such a great shooter like you is very valuable. Regarding explanations and videos: everything is clear to me. You are very good at conveying information through detailed explanations and videos. Now, it's just a matter of practice.

  • Finally, it became possible to take a full course of practical shooting training under the guidance of an experienced coach without leaving home. It turns out you can improve your fundamental skills and get individual coaching online, which is much better and more effective than searching for videos of dry-fire training on the internet or reading books with pictures, all without any feedback.

Excellent idea and excellent implementation; everything is very interesting, dynamic, and intensive.

I thoroughly enjoyed Oleg Nikitin's dry-fire course and started looking at dry-firing in a new way. Oleg can guide each shooter individually, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and the material is worked on deeply, systematically, and technically. Many thanks to Oleg Nikitin, and see you at matches!

  • Good day, Oleg! I want to thank you for a very useful and interesting course. For several reasons, I had a three-year hiatus in more or less regular training. Your distance course helped me regain some old skills and acquire new ones in practical shooting with a pistol. It also brought back regularity and consistency in my training. Your unique course became especially relevant during the COVID isolation.

I want to highlight the methodological work on exercises, clarity in explanations, and, especially, the feedback on task performance results.

  • I decided to share my impression of the course. Well, firstly, I don't regret a single ruble spent on the course. Secondly, the prompt feedback was pleasing. Thirdly, the course was suitable for me personally because it included both challenging and simple exercises, meaning it wasn't constantly difficult or, conversely, easy. Fourthly, I started paying attention to what was previously not obvious and unnoticed to me. Fifthly, there's definitely been some progress.

  • Very useful course! Well-selected elements! The feedback is very helpful!
From my side, I need more repetitions of the exercises. But undoubtedly, the "feel of the firearm" has changed A LOT!
Thanks again, and good luck – both in future courses and competitions!

    Поздрави!

  • Thank you for this course; it was very informative and interesting. I learned many nuances. I believe such courses should be taken once a year. No matter how much we try to motivate ourselves to practice independently, it's difficult, but here, you have to complete homework, whether you want to or not, and you need to do it repeatedly. In general, it's great! It was also enjoyable to train with an authoritative shooter and instructor. I would like to participate in more of your projects. Thank you very much!!!

  • Thank you very much for the course. It was my first pistol course, my first dry-fire course, and my first online course. I was honestly afraid that it would be "much worse," but my concerns were quickly dispelled. I gleaned many details regarding pistol shooting technique, many of which, despite their obviousness, were previously only accessible to me intuitively.
The course helped me gain some confidence in handling a pistol and the desire to apply it in practice.
I embraced the concept of dry-firing and the use of dry-firing equipment, which was foreign to me.
The exercises during the course schedule were not always clear to me, but by the end, I realized that, like the plot of a book, the essence of some tasks "unfolds" on the final "pages"...
I think I will go through this course again - with myself - now understanding the underlying purpose of all the assignments.

  • Oleg, good day! I want to express my immense gratitude for the course, the time spent, and the feedback. Thank you! It was very professional and personally beneficial for me. I have received a vast amount of information that needs to be reevaluated and turned into a skill. I have systematized all the remarks and I am working on them. I would gladly continue my education or mentoring if there is such an opportunity or any options.
